	1988 Aug.	Sider Enterprise Company was established
	1989	Became the Sole Agent of Taiwan Camel Electronics Ind. Corp.
		Products: Film Capacitor, brand name: CAMEL
	1990	Became the Sole Agent of Malaysia Goldentech Discrete Semiconductor (M) Sdn. Bhd.
		Products: Rectifier, brand name: GOLDENTECH
	1991 Mar.	Moved to self own property at present address. The area was 1600 sq. Ft. and had 8 staff
	1991 Apr.	Affiliated company of Treasure Pot Business Ltd. was founded
	1991 May	Affiliated company of Sider Electronic Industries Ltd. was founded and the paid up capital was Hong Kong Dollars One Million
	1993	Bought the property of a flat C2-A and expanded the office. The company total area was 3200 sq. Ft.
	1993 Jun.	Sider Enterprise Company changed the name to Sider Electronic Industries Ltd., continuing the main business of electronic components trading. Staff increased to 12 members
	1994	Bought the property Tsuen wan International Trade Centre Rooms 1701 & 1702 as asset, total area 1500 sq. Ft. for leased
	1995 Sep.	Sider Enterprise (Holdings) Limited was set up as a share holding company, managing the operation to its affiliate companies and to plan for long term developing strategy.
	1996	Co-operate with and to authorize Changzhou Boji Electronics Co Ltd. in Jiangsu Province, China to manufacture the electrolytic capacitor at Sider's brand name
	1996 Dec.	Bought the property at the same office building Room D2, 8/F as the warehouse. The company total area was 7000 sq. Ft.
	1997	Established the China sales network and authorized Shenzhen HQ Electronics Co. Ltd. as our distributor
	1998	Bought the property at Shenzhen ,area: 1100 sq. Ft. as our Shenzhen branch office
	1998 Apr.	Became the Sole Agent of Japan Nichigas Koji Ltd. in China, Hong Kong and Macau
		Products: Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor, brand name: UNICON
	1998 Aug.	Became the Agent of Japan Shizuki Electric Co., Inc.
		Products: Film Capacitor, brand name: SHIZUKI
	1998 Oct.	Became the Agent of England Arcolectric Switches PLC
		Products: Switches, brand name: ARCOLECTRIC
	1999	Became the Agent of Taiwan Jenn Fu Electronics Corp.
		Products: Safety Capacitor, brand name: JF
	1999 Aug.	Became the Sole Agent of Taiwan Hsuan Tai Electronical Ltd.
		Products: Ceramic Capacitor, brand name: HTC
	1999 Sep.	Succeed to apply the BSI Certificate ISO9002
	2000	Established the Web Site: http://www.sider.com.hk, developing Internet Marketing and E-commerce
	2000	Became the Agent of Loyal Machinery & Electronic Co Ltd.

	2000	Jointed venture with the Ningbo Lishunda Electron Co Ltd. to establish the Ningbo Weijia Electric Appliance Co Ltd., manufacturing SMT Inductor and Switching Transformer

	2003 Jun.	Became the Distributor of Micronas GmbH
