KF-100/KFG-100

Float Type Level Meter measures the position of a float. It converts the positional changes of the float, caused by increase or decrease of measured substance, to the form of 4-20mA signals to output them. It has two types: one is Resistance Type detecting the float position by resistance and a reed switch, and the other is Magnetostrictive Type detecting the strain of a magnetostrictive wire, induced by the magnetic field.

Introduction

FEATURES:

It can output the current signal of DC4 to 20mA via a magnet and a reed switch to show the float position determined by liquids.
With no moving part except the float and with a reed switch mounted, it is not at all affected by environmental conditions such as material changes, vapor, gas and so on and is also highly reliable and easy to be serviced.
Lined up with a number of types whose wet portion is made of SUS or various corrosive resistant resin, they can be workable in a broad range of chemical liquids.
