CAPCON OA-W Splittable

Waterproofing a cable with connector on top will no longer be a problem. This makes it easy with the splittable body and the lock nut with a gap.

Instructions

Put the connector through the hole. Interlock Fit the Nipple A and B together on the cable. *2 Put the Lock nut on thecable to secure the Nipple. Put the Dome nut A and B on the cable and fit them together.

Tighten the Dome nut to secure the cable. Make sure that the cable is securely fixed.

*2 Use a water pump plier or a similer tool if necessary.

Removal of Nipple

For detachiing the Nipple, insert a screw driver into the groove of hexagon part and twist it off.

  • Repeated detachment of the Niple may decrease waterproofness.

  1. Rubber bushing B is not included in OA-WH16-06/10.
  2. For OA-WH16-06/10, the Dome nuts A and B are made from 100% nylon 66.

  • Do not use in oil or water.
  • Do not use or store these products in the following atmospheres.
    1. Any atmosphere which contains strong acids or organic solvents like chloride ethyl, chloride methyl, cresol, etc.
    2. Damp or ozonic atmosphere
      • Oilproof Type (Rubber color : black)
        1. Do not expose to direct and continuous sunlight
        2. Suitable for oily environment
    3. For any other special environment conditions, please contact us before usage.
